IF YOU DID NOT RECEIVE AN ACTIVATION EMAIL FOR THE NEW SITE YOU WILL NEED TO SELECT "REGISTER IF YOU DO NOT HAVE AN ACCOUNT" DO NOT CALL THE PERMITS OFFICE AS WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO HELP YOU REGARDLESS OF IF YOU HAD AN ACCOUNT IN THE OLD SITE. YOU MUST ACTIVATE YOUR NEW PROFILE BEFORE OU CAN ORDER PERMITS. ALL PERMITS ARE DONE ONLINE AND THE PERMTS OFFICE WILL NOT DO THEM FOR YOU. Permit fees will not be refunded after permit is issued even if it is not used or declared void because of a violation of the terms and conditions of the permit. The accuracy of the information on a permit is the responsibility of the customer/applicant. Only certain permit types can be amended. Permits can be amended only once. The fee for an amendment is $10.00.

Permit staff is not available on weekends or state holidays.
