Definitions

Hauler – select hauler if you are a trucking company ordering permits for one trucking company.
Permit Service – select if you are a permit service or trucking company ordering permits for multiple companies.

Additional users for an existing account must be added by the hauler or permit service administrator from the "My Admin" page.
